Shipping in Australia

We offer flat rate shipping within Australia, and the following options will show up at checkout:
Australia Post Standard $9.95 - Please allow up to 14 business days for standard deliveries after order fulfillment date.
Australia Post Express $12.95 - Please allow up to 9 business days for express deliveries after order fulfillment date.
New Zealand Standard $15.95

We send via Australia Post and items purchased online will be packed and shipped within 3 business days of them being placed, unless otherwise advised. If we are in pre-sale you will be required to tick a checkbox and confirm you understand your delivery timing.

During sale periods or product launches please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch. A tracking email will be sent to you once your order is dispatched. If you want to know about the status of your order (and it has been longer than 5 business days) please email hello@mamafox.com.au.

All orders are dispatched from Perth, Western Australia, to get an idea of how long your delivery will take please use the Australia Post delivery calculator here.

Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Choosing Express Post will not speed up the packing time.

Please note: COVID-19 has impacted Australia Post now receiving higher volumes of parcels. Please allow an extra 3-7 days on top of what you would normally expect from Australia Post. You’re welcome to email us if you would like clarification on your specific item hello@mamafox.com.au

International Orders

Below are our current Shipping rates in AUD$. Our website charges in Australian dollars. The actual price charged to International customers will be subject to the exchange rate of your local currency applied by the credit or debit card company. Your financial services provider may charge currency conversion and administration fees on purchases and any refunds we provide.

All International orders are sent with Australia Post and exclude customs and tax charges.

Shipping Delays
Please Note: International shipping is currently slower than normal, due to the reduced number of flights during the pandemic. We appreciate your patience in these circumstances, as shipping delays are out of our control. Please allow for 10-40 business days for delivery.

Although MamaFox will do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of delay caused by our carrier which is out of our reasonable control. We will also not be responsible for any delay, loss or returned parcels caused by an incorrect delivery address provided, or issues relating to delivery access.

Customs Duties/Importing Taxes
Please be aware that your parcel may incur customs duties and/or importing taxes upon arrival into your country. Please know that these charges are out of our control and we will not reimburse any of these GST, charges, duties or fees. Please check with your local authorities to confirm what customs duties and fees that you are likely to incur before purchasing to avoid any surprises.

Can address changes be made to my order?
Not always but we will try. We try to pack your orders as quickly as possible! The downside to this is that once you place your order, it can be hard to make any changes once it's shipped. Please email hello@mamafox.com.au and we will do our best to help.

Please ensure that your address details are correct when making your order. If we are unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect delivery address and the parcel is returned to us, an additional postage fee will apply to re-send your parcel.
