Wouldn’t have known it’s a second!

Ordered two ouchie pouches in the seconds sale and received great customer service and quick responses to emails. Also once I received the two pouches I wouldn’t have known they were seconds. My toddler now goes and retrieves them herself when she has an ouchie :)

Magic on many levels, from: a boy mum

1. It’s the little extras for me: the magic in the poem and crochet heart that has your child involved in making the Ouchie Pouchie theirs. 2. It’s the distraction for them: obviously there’s the cooling rice to soothe a bump or bruise, but the distraction of finding items in the material pattern, it stops the tears and upset for my boys EVERY time. There’s magic in just that. I LOVE our Ouchie Pouchies as much as my boys!
